How To Deposit Funds

  • Login to your FXGlobe Markets account and choose “Deposit” from the portal.
  • Locate and select the account you would like to deposit funds into.
  • Select the payment method you would like to use and how much to deposit.
  • Add and submit your payment details.

Deposit Requirements

FXGlobe Markets as a regulated broker does require certain criteria to be met for their deposits. A minimum first-time deposit of $250 is needed. If the funds you are depositing are in a different currency than the currency of your base trading account, then they will be converted to that currency at the prevailing market exchange rate. Third-party payments are not accepted by FXGlobe Markets so all deposits must be made in the card/bank holders’ name. For a joint account, one of the parties’ names must be registered in order to deposit funds.

Are My Funds Secure?

Payments are secure, encrypted and information will not be stored in our database. We value our clients’ privacy; all their payment information is confidential and will only be used for funding and withdrawals. All our client funds are held in segregated client accounts. This makes sure that your funds are secure and cannot be used for any other purpose.

Internal Transfers

Internal transfers can be made from and to your MT4/MT5 accounts respectively. Currently, MT4 to MT5 transfers can not be carried out. Transfers across these platforms are instant and secure. When transferring between different currency accounts FXGlobe Markets does not charge any fees but prevailing market exchange rates will be applied. For transfers between the same currency accounts, there will be no fee at all.

* Withdrawal requests are processed by our Back office Department within 1 working day, provided that all relevant documentation is submitted. Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours, 09:00-18:00 GMT+2, Monday to Friday. If the withdrawal request is received outside working hours, it will be processed the next working day. Once processed by us, the time needed for the funds to be transferred will vary depending on your payment method. The company cannot be held liable for any deposit/ withdrawal processing delays that are caused by payment systems. Should you encounter any delays after the provided time-frame please chat or email us at backoffice@fxglobe.com in order to investigate it.

A fee of 3% will be applied if there is a withdrawal request where there has been no trading activity since the last deposit was made. Note that if the client deposits again following the withdrawal, the fee deducted will be added back to the clients’ account balance

There is an account closure fee of 4%. Note that If the client deposits again following the withdrawal, the fee deducted will be added back to the clients’ account balance.

Withdrawal Requirements

  • Third party withdrawals are not permited.
  • Withdrawals will be processed in the currency of the original deposit. If the withdrawal currency is different then the transfer amount will be converted at the current market exchange rate.
  • Withdrawals can be carried out at any time provided that all your verification documents are up to date. If any of these documents have expired, then you will be requested to resubmit a valid issue in order to continue with withdrawals.
  • When carrying out a withdrawal, if you have any open positions then FXGlobe Markets will only proceed with it if the withdrawal doesn’t place your account margins at risk. As a regulated brokerage, we reserve the right to refuse a withdrawal request, if we believe that the trading account will suffer from a negative balance after the withdrawal is processed. We can also refuse withdrawal if the account is subject to chargeback investigation.
  • Withdrawals are made to the initial deposit source. For example, if you deposit with a credit card, then your withdrawals will be made to that credit card. Similarly, if you deposit using skrill then withdrawals will be made to that corresponding account. If for any reason we are unable to fund those accounts, then we will transfer the funds to the account holders’ name, preferably through bank wire.
  • Since withdrawals are processed back to the source of deposit, profits may be sent via wire transfer in the account holders’ name.

Simple Fund Withdrawal

Simply log in to your FXGlobe Markets account and choose withdrawals from the portal. From here specify the amount and currency you would like to withdraw. Withdrawals will be made to the account where the deposits were made.

Why has my credit/debit card been declined?

There may be a number of reasons why your card has been declined. The most common are

  • Incorrect information submitted. Check your CVV code, expiry date, and card number.
  • The card may have expired.
  • Your issuer may have protection and safeguards in place for your card. Authorization may be needed for online transactions.
  • You may have exceeded your funds or gone over your daily, weekly, or monthly allowance limit.
  • SMS spam protection may be activated and you are not receiving your SMS authorization code.

Accepted credit and debit cards

We currently accept Credit/Debit cards including Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro International and Maestro UK.

My debit/credit card I use for withdrawals has expired, what can I do?

This shouldn’t be a problem at first, as banks are obliged to allow limited transactions to take place usually up to 6 months after expiration. Funds withdrawn will be sent to the same account and a new card will be issued which will be linked to this account. If the bank account has been completely closed, then proof of account closure will be required and you can send this to backoffice@fxglobe.com

Additional Fees

FXGlobe Markets does charge additional fees under certain requirements. Inactivity Fee - This fee is charged when an account hasn’t seen trading activity for a period of 90 days or more. This is charged at $30. Chargeback Fee - If the company received multiple chargeback fees from the client or if the case is in favour of the company, then the company has the right to impose a fee of $200 per chargeback.
