How do I begin to trade?

You firstly need to register on our website. The registration process is pretty straightforward. However, if you experience any problems, our support team is always here for you. Once you’ve registered, you can fund your account and get ready to trade.

What trading platforms do you offer?

We offer one of the most reliable trading platforms Meta Trader 4 & 5, which is available not only for your desktop, but for your web browser and for your mobile. To download any version, click here MT4 or MT5 to open both demo accounts and live accounts.

What are the options for trading?

I don’t know how to trade, how do I get started?

What is leverage?

Leverage means using a small collateral amount for opening a large transaction – for example a 100:1 leverage allows you to open a transaction of $100,000 using collateral of $1,000 only. Your leverage determines both your potential loss and your potential gain. Trading with the use of leverage can maximize profits as well as losses.
For example; in the transaction of $100,000 using only $1,000 in collateral, a 1% movement in the market may lead to a 100% gain or to a 100% loss; leveraging is what makes the Forex market both dangerous and exciting.

How do I calculate margin level percentage?

The formula is: Margin level = (Equity/Used Margin) X 100


Is the demo account binding in any way?

No. The objective of a forex demo account is to provide you with trading tools to test the Forex market in general, and the use of FS International’s trading systems in particular, with no risk to you. We invite you to open your demo account now.

Is there an expiration date for a forex demo account?

If your MT4 demo account is inactive for 30 days, it will expire. We kindly ask you to use your account from time to time.


What documents do I need to open an account?

You will be asked to submit your documentation during the registration process:

  • A copy of your passport/ID, including your photo in color showing; full name, date of birth, passport/ID expiration date and passport/ID number.
  • A utility bill showing your full name and full address.
  • A copy of your credit card with only the last 4 digits showing, clearly stating your full name and the card expiration date

What do I need to do in order to open a live forex account?

In order to open a live account, simply register, provide us with the relevant documentation and fund your account.

Can I open several accounts?

Yes, you can open a number of accounts.

Where can I find account statements?

You can create your own statements on request via the MT4 platform. Look in the MT4 “Account History” tab and right click to select the time period that you require the report for. To “Save a Report” or “Save a Detailed Report” click on the right mouse button once more.

Can you tell in advance what would happen to a specific currency rate?

Currency rates change rapidly and they are very difficult to predict. Technical and Fundamental analysis increase the probability of correct forecasting, but there isn’t any specific method in the market that will ensure correct forecasting of all currency movements.

Are there any money transfer or forex account fees?

No, we don’t charge any unnecessary fees.

What is the spread?

The spread is the difference between the buying and the selling price of a currency pair.

What’s the minimal transaction size?

The minimum transaction size is 1000 base units or 0.01 lot.


Why am I asked for personal information during registration?

We ask for your personal information in order to confirm your identity, which is required by law.

Why do I need to provide a copy of my ID and other documentation?

FXGlobe Markets is a regulated forex broker and we are required by law to confirm the identity of all of our traders. For this reason we are asking from you to provide us with the relevant documentation. These steps are taken to protect both our traders and the company.

Why am I asked about my experience during registration?

Generally speaking, the more we know about your level of experience, the more we can help you trade effectivley. Keep in mind that traders have different levels of trading expertise and thus, may need different tools and support to trade.

Where can I see all the information that I have submitted?

You can see all of your submitted documents in MyFXGlobe Markets trader dashboard.

How do I make sure that what I submit is acceptable?

The documentation is uploaded during the registration process. Afterwards, it is checked by our compliance team. We will notify you about any missing documentation. Also, if you know that some of the required documentation are missing, you can upload them at a later stage.


Can I access my account from different computers?

Of course you can! All you need is your login information, the right connection settings and no firewall or blocked ISP.

What if I forget my password?

Login to the Client’s portal by clicking here, on the left menu click on “Edit profile” and than “change password”, on the first dropdown choose the account number you wish to change the password for.

How can I view my trading history?

You can view your trading history by accessing the “Account History” tab, that is located in the “Terminal”.

Can I login into a number of accounts at the same time?

Generally yes. Keep in mind though, you cannot be signed in to several accounts from one MT4 interface, it is possible to open MT4 several times to sign in to different accounts.

Is there a mobile version?

Yes, you can get a mobile version here.

I have logged out of the MT4 platform – what happens to my trades?

Your open positions will remain active. All positions will remain open until a stop loss, take profit or stop out level is achieved. If you have a limit order, it will be executed if and when the entry rate is matched.

What if I want to change the time zone in MT4?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. The timezone is automatically set to GMT+2 and changes to GMT+3 during the US Daylight Savings Time. This occurs to ensure that the MT4 is synchronized with the New York Session closing time.

What’s the minimal deposit amount?

The minimum deposited amount is $250, with leverage of up to 300:1.

How do I make a deposit?

You can make a deposit into your FXGlobe Markets account with a credit/debit card, Trustly, Neteller, Wire Transfer and more. You can make a deposit via Client’s portal.

Do I have to pay any fees when depositing?

No, there are not any extra charges.

What if I want to make a deposit by a third party credit card?

FXGlobe Markets does not allow deposits made by a third party credit card. If you’ve made a withdrawal, it will be credited to the card used when making a deposit. Your account name and the name appearing on the credit card must be the same.


How long does it take for the money to be withdrawn?

FXGlobe Markets complies with all relevant regulatory requirements and as such all withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Please note that funds can take longer to reach you depending on your withdrawal method.

How can I withdraw my money?

You can withdraw your funds by completing a withdrawal request via MyFXGlobe Markets dashboard. You may withdraw funds at any time.

Is there a different method I can use when withdrawing money and not the one I used for deposits?

No, you can only withdraw your money via the method you used when making a deposit.

Do you charge anything for withdrawals?

Usually no, sometimes when clients are closing the account (withdraw all the account balance) the company might charge the withdrawal fee that we are charged from our payment service providers.


What about the security of my personal information?

We can ensure you that your personal details are kept secured. You can update your personal information at any time. We use SSL security systems to guarantee full protection of your personal information.

Where are my funds held?

All client funds are held in top tier banks in segregated accounts.
