Order Types
- Stop Loss - A stop loss order can be placed to minimize losses. if a security price is seen to be moving in a negative direction. Stop losses deal with open positions or pending orders.
- Market - This is when securities are bought at the ASK price and sold at the BID price. This involves buying securities at their current price.
- Take Profit - A take profit order is placed to close a position once profits have reached a certain level. It involves open positions or pending orders.
- Pending Order - A pending order can be placed to buy or sell a security at a specified price. If that price is reached then this order can be carried out.
- Stop Out Level - This deals with the margin level at which open positions are automatically closed. This is set at 25%
