Withdrawals.

Withdrawing your funds is as easy as depositing them.

Withdrawal conditions.

For the smoothest withdrawals please make sure you’ve read our conditions.

You can withdraw your funds at any time as long as all your documents are up to date. If any of your documents are expired, we will ask you to provide us with new ones.

If you have open positions when you place a withdrawal request, we will proceed only if the withdrawal doesn’t place your account margins at risk. We reserve the right to refuse to process a withdrawal request if a) there are reasonable grounds to believe that your trading account may turn into a negative balance after the withdrawal is processed, or b) if your trading account is subject to a charge-back investigation.

Withdrawals will be processed back to the source of the initial deposit and to the same account. For example, if funds were deposited using Skrill, we would refund you via Skrill along with any profits. The same applies to any other funding options we offer. If for any reason we are unable to return the funds to the source, we will refund you via bank wire to an account in your name.

Because withdrawals will be processed back to the source, profits might be transferred to you via bank wire in the name of the trading account holder.

Withdrawals will be processed in the currency of your original deposit. In case the account currency differs from the withdrawal or refund currency, the transfer amount will be converted into the transfer currency at the market prevailing exchange rate.

Third-party withdrawals are prohibited.

Additional fees.

Withdrawals without any trading activity since the last deposit will incur a fee of 3%. Note that If you deposit again the equivalent amount or more, after the withdrawal, the fee will be added back to your account balance upon your request.

There is an account closure / withdrawal of more than 94% of your whole balance fee of 4%. If you deposit again after the withdrawal, the fee that was deducted will be added back to your account balance upon your request.

* Withdrawal requests are processed by our Back office Department within 1 working day, provided that all relevant documentation is submitted. Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours, 09:00-18:00 GMT+3, Monday to Friday. If the withdrawal request is received outside working hours, it will be processed the next working day. Once processed by us, the time needed for the funds to be transferred will vary depending on your payment method. The company cannot be held liable for any deposit/ withdrawal processing delays that are caused by payment systems. Frequently asked questions.

Please submit withdrawal requests through the FXGlobe portal by choosing Withdrawals. Indicate the amount and currency you would like to withdraw from your account and submit your request.

After the cancellation of a card, banks are obliged to allow limited transaction types to take place, including refunds, usually for at least 6 months. Therefore, you should withdraw funds to the card you used to deposit, even if this card has been canceled. You will receive these funds on your new card which is connected to the same bank account as your previous card. If the bank account linked to the card is completely closed, you will need to send proof of account closure to backoffice@fxglobe.com and we’ll help you to withdraw another way.

APLFX (PTY) LTD acts solely as an intermediary in terms of the FAIS Act, rendering only an intermediary service (i.e., no market making is conducted by APLFX (PTY) LTD) in relation to derivative products offered by FS INTERNATIONAL LTD (i.e., the Product Supplier).

By proceeding with opening an account, this will be registered with FS INTERNATIONAL LTD, which is authorised and regulated by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) with license number 700227. FS INTERNATIONAL LTD falls outside the South African regulatory framework and Vanuatu’s laws and regulations will apply in relation to your account.
